1. Introduction
Welcome to SkillSource Solutions LLC ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (https://www.skillsourcesolutions.com) and our services, including AI Voice Automation, Business Consulting, and Federal HR Modernization tools (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Services.
2. Business Identity
SkillSource Solutions LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

3. Products, Plans & Usage Limits
The following terms apply to our specific AI Subscription Plans:
A. The Receptionist ($299/mo)

Includes 500 Minutes of AI usage per month.

Designed for call answering and basic FAQs.
B. The Scheduler ($499/mo)

Includes 1,200 Minutes of AI usage per month.

Includes calendar integration and appointment booking.
C. The Gatekeeper ($997/mo)

Includes 3,000 Minutes of AI usage per month.

Designed for high-volume workflows and medical intake.
Usage & Overages:
Minutes are calculated based on the total duration of calls (inbound and outbound). Any usage exceeding your plan's allowance will be automatically billed at a rate of $0.20 per minute. Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month.
4. AI Technology & Limitations
By using our AI Voice Agent or Chatbot services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

AI Nature: The services use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to interact with callers. While we strive for accuracy, AI models may occasionally generate incorrect information ("hallucinations") or misunderstand user intent.

No Binding Commitments: Statements, promises, or offers made by the AI Agent regarding refunds, pricing, or legal matters are not binding unless explicitly confirmed in writing by an authorized human representative of SkillSource Solutions LLC.

Call Recording: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording and consent (including GDPR, CCPA, and TCPA). Our system automatically records calls for quality assurance and transcription purposes.
5. Payment Terms & Refunds

Setup Fees: All "One-Time Deployment," "Setup," or "Architecture Fees" are 100% Non-Refundable once the onboarding process has commenced. These fees cover the intellectual property and labor required to configure your custom AI system.

Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are billed on a month-to-month basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. We require a 7-day written notice prior to your billing renewal date to process the cancellation and deactivate telephony lines.
6. Intellectual Property

Your Data: You retain ownership of your customer data (e.g., call logs, contact lists) uploaded to our system.

Our IP: SkillSource Solutions LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in the underlying software code, "System Prompts," Power Automate flows, and proprietary configurations. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these tools while your subscription is active.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SkillSource Solutions LLC be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. We utilize third-party providers (Twilio, Vapi, OpenAI, Microsoft) and are not liable for downtime or service failures caused by these third-party platforms.
8. Mobile Messaging Terms (SMS/MMS)
Consent to Receive Text Messages
By filling out a contact form on our website or enrolling in our services, you consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS text messages from SkillSource Solutions LLC regarding your account, service updates, and inquiries. Message frequency varies.
Opt-Out & Help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & Data Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Privacy
If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
