• AI Processing: Voice data is processed by third-party Artificial Intelligence providers to generate responses.

However, to provide our "Architect" services, data must pass through specific trusted third-party infrastructure providers. By using our service, you acknowledge data transfer to:

SkillSource Solutions LLC provides the technology for call recording. You (the Client) are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording consent (e.g., "One-Party" vs. "Two-Party" consent states).

• Our AI Agents are configured by default to announce: "This call may be recorded for quality assurance" or identify themselves as an AI assistant at the start of the call.
